Mr. Tulskie has successfully managed projects ranging from $5,000 to $600 million. He has been a liaison between the construction forces and the client and has been responsible for field modifications. He is experienced in preparing engineering specifications & drawings, preparing project procedures & project schedules, and has been trained in PIMS project management software.

Mr. Mannices is experienced in engineering, surveying, network engineering, land development, management and supervision. His responsibilities include Electric Vehicle (EV) car charging system installations and oversight of EV projects, coordinating site surveys, signal strength of units, load analysis and ensuring acceptance of site conditions for installation of charging units. In addition, he prepares telecommunication projects designing fiber optic cable routes, including both aerial and underground and developing base maps and design plans for field installation, along with managing the design staff, scheduling and oversight of the ongoing engineering projects.
