Mrs. Tulskie has successfully managed projects ranging from $5,000 to $2.7 million. She has been a liaison between the construction forces and the client and has been responsible for field modifications. She has been trained in the use of PASSPORT & PIMS project management software and root cause analysis. She is proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2000. She has prepared engineering specifications & drawings, as well as project procedures & schedules. Mrs. Tulskie also has a working knowledge of the design/testing of industry rotary gas meters, in addition to being aware of tariff-related activities, including clarification and interpretations of FERC 636.

Mrs. Tulskie's specialties lie in the preparation of proposals, design reviews, and specifications. She is also responsible for computer applications, including database design. She has designed time saving applications utilizing both spreadsheets and databases. Mrs. Tulskie is also in charge of reviewing all designs for completeness and compliance with applicable procedures, as she is familiar with governmental regulations and specifications. She has extensive experience working with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).

He has provided code review to ASME, ANSI and CFR requirements and has upgraded valves, internal elastomers, actuators, windings coatings, electrical transistors, and power supply components to meet environmental qualifications for safety related valves.

Mr. Tulskie currently assists in the preparation of proposals, design reviews and specifications. He also reviews all designs for completeness and compliance with applicable procedures. Mr. Tulskie is very familiar with government regulations and specifications and has extensive experience working with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). Under his leadership, TREC has become the principle operations support for AT&T in the Delaware Valley region.

Mr. Horan has a well-rounded background in the semi-conductor, pharmaceutical, bio-medical, and military industries. Mr. Horan's expertise lies in the designing and integration of OEM prototyped systems, with a strong emphasis on research and development.

As a Land Development Manager, Mr. Mannices was in charge of overseeing all aspects of the infrastructure improvements on construction sites for new housing developments for one of the largest luxury home builders in the United States, including storm sewer, sanitary sewer, grading, roadway construction, curbing, sidewalks, all on-site utilities, demolition work, lot specific grading, and storm water management facilities (bio-retention areas, ponds, erosion/sediment controls, and governing authority requirements).
